Student Artwork & Art Shows
Generally, classes will take several weeks on each art project, focusing on the quality of the product, process, and experience. Once completed, work is often saved to photograph for Artsonia portfolios, reflect on, and put on exhibit in the hallway, so feel free to stop by and check out the fabulous (and frame-worthy) masterpieces the kids at Everett create! *We then only hold onto 4th grade artwork so these students have a variety to select from for their Annual Art Show at Gallery 300, which is held in March each year! (see below)
*4th Grade Annual Art Show*
This year, the 4th grade Annual March Art Show will be March 12th - April 6th, 2018. The Opening Night is scheduled for Wednesday, March 14th, from 6 - 7 p.m. One piece from every 4th grader in District 67 will be on display. Please join us that evening for some treats and mingling with the artists. Work can also be viewed Monday - Friday, from 8 - 4:30 at the Gallery. We are very lucky to be able to display the kids' work within the community, and appreciate everyone's support!
Gallery 300 is located at the District Administration Center (West Campus) and the Citadel Theater's main entrance. The address is 300 S. Waukegan Rd. Thanks to a generous grant from the Spirit of 67, our dreams of having a real Art Gallery to exhibit our students' work have come true.

Other Exhibits at Gallery 300
In addition to the 4th Grade Art Show, Gallery 300 will feature samples of K-4 student work from the elementary schools and middle school. Students will be notified if their work is on display. This is a great opportunity to check out Gallery 300, and see what other students in Lake Forest have created!
